To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don't use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzes reviews to verify trustworthiness.

Loved them so much when I saw them, they were way over priced for socks and we're definitely too good to be true. I just got them and wore them ONCE and the Sparkles are already falling off. So that means one wash and they will all be gone. So sad and I want my money back. That second star was merely because the color and comfort was nice

I LOVE these socks! Beautiful, comfy, sweat absorbing.
The only reason I am upset is the in this particular pair, the destruction set in immediately. The black skid resistance dits have been raining off my socks the second time I wore them to class, same with the rhinestones.
My point is that his is NOT the 1st pair of Shashi socks I own. My first two pairs I bought from my studio are indestructible after many wears and washes.
I bought this pair on Amazon because the studio did not have the color I wanted in my size.
Do they have different batches for different outlets that differ in quality so drastically?
Shashi needs to look into it to maintain the brand's integrity and justify the amount we customers pay for these socks. They are not cheap at all, so the good quality is expected.

5.0 out of 5 stars My size is 7.5 and the small barely fit. They are very snug. If your foot size is bigger, you definitely want a medium.

EDITED/updated: the customer service I received with my small issue went ABOVE and BEYOND any customer service I've received in the longest time!!

Not only did she handle my frustrations with care, and also wrote a personal note, sent me replacement socks, AND another free pair because she thought I might like the color (pic attached). Now. How can you beat that from a Seller??! And yes. I still love the socks!! I've now worn and washed a couple of times, quality holds up.

SO...I love these socks for Barre classes. They grip better than others i've tried and they're very cute.

BUT, the grey ones pictured are just like all the others (mesh on top) HOWEVER, when I got them, they were not like that at all; but instead, they are the same design/pattern as 'no show' socks and leave the entire top of my foot (where the mesh is supposed to be) uncovered. They're open all the way down near my toes on top. I don't like it at all.

I figured it was just a shipping error, so I didn't complain and just ordered another pair of grey ones. Since I love them :) Low and behold, the next pair of grey socks showed up with the exact same design. Now I have TWO pair of grey ones that I don't like.

If the grey ones are different, they should be pictured as such.

I bought the glitter mesh pair as I had seen reviews of the rhinestone ones falling off. I loved how fun these were when I bought them and I got lots of compliments wearing them. They are thinner than other grip socks I owned but that wasn't a negative for me just something to keep in mind.

I wore them to a (core align) pilates class and around the house the first time I got them. I threw them in the wash but not the dryer (like I do with all my grip socks) and when I went to wear them to a barre class there was a hole in the mesh. It was a bummer and wore them like that a couple times before I got some needle and thread to repair the hole. Because of the pattern you could not tell there was ever a hole so I was very excited again!! I wore them 3 more times with my DIY repair and in my last barre class noticed I was starting to lose the grip dots. IT was not an explosion of grip dots as another reviewer described, it was just a handful sprinkled around my mat and barre spot. Looking at them after the fact it took some searching to actually find the area where they had fallen off.

Overall these were fun socks but I won't purchase more as the whole purpose is for them to be grip socks; if the grip dots fall off then I have no use for them. I have worn tavi noir and toe sox for months before purchasing these (for a similar price) and not had a single issue with them.

tldr: cute but not worth the money. Not worth it even if they were free, grip dots started falling off after 5-6 wears. Thin.

After wearing predominantly black grip socks for the last couple years, I've been favoring my nude fishnet ones recently. It's like wearing nude heels. Doesn't cut you off at the foot. These sashi fishnet ones have always worked wonderfully for me in both black & nude. The grip underneath works perfectly. I have a couple pairs I have worn the s$%# out of for over a year, sometimes 3xs week, and they still look great & work perfect. They're very well made. The overall look is better than most imo. Worth every cent. I've tried A LOT of other brands and maybe they work or look great initially, but at some point, always fail somehow. Not these.

Poorly made. The mesh portion only partially on top of my foot. I ordered black and got a dingy grey. The quality of Sashi has fallen. Where are these being made now? Don't waste your money. Buy from a different house. Tattoo only on 1 foot. Disappointed.

I like this brand best so far for pilates and burn classes. I follow the instructions on hand washing and laying to dry. I only wear them in the classes, I am not hard on these. After wearing and hand washing 2 x I noticed that 1 foot had a larger hole on the top seam by the ankle area where it was coming apart from the mesh. I still wear them as they dont slide and are more comfortable then the other 2 brands I own. I hesitated and was giving my other brands more tries, but am really hoping that the next I order will last better than the first ones have.

Grips very well, and most of all looks so fancy with the glittery sequins. Although some of them start to come off easily. Got lots of compliments while wearing this during pilates class.
