    I'm staying in.
    I used to apply Pureology.
At present I don't use shampoo. I've been using 1 tablespoon of blistering soda in 1 cup of warm h2o, I massage information technology through good, and and so rinse with vinegar [mix 1:3 with water]. I started in Jan and my hair is amazing. No divide ends left, its super shiny, super soft, and it feels awesome. I nevertheless employ some of my pureology conditioner on the ends considering they're nevertheless dry from being dyed so much. Its also helped my scalp out a chip, information technology hasn't totally stock-still my problem but its made it less annoying!
When I went to my hairdresser she used normal shampoo and conditioner on my hair, not sure what brand, and when I washed my hair with my normal solution two days later it was sooooo dry and parched. My hair simply felt similar straw. Now that I'k back to using the baking soda its starting to feel skilful once again.

Paul Mitchell Shampoo One. I've used information technology forever, and my mom has been using it fifty-fifty longer, and so it's old school! I have fine, straight hair that gets greasy rapidly, so I demand a shampoo that is super-cleansing and won't leave any build-up. It'due south great for everyday employ, doesn't strip my color, and information technology smells similar coconut.

Staying in this night to piece of work on my English language honors thesis. The rough draft is due this weekend, eek!

  • March 6th, 2009 at 8:22 pm

I used to love the old version of clairol herbal essense shampoo with the floral packaging…the new one is so much runnier and the newest one with ribbon accept fifty-fifty less product…

Beside that, in that location is a new drugstore make just called "Vitamin" with a bottle shaped similar a sport water bottle…information technology smells pretty yummy, then I am planning to stick to information technology.

  • March sixth, 2009 at 9:51 pm

Staying in tonight & watching an Adam Sandler film.

  • March 6th, 2009 at 9:53 pm

^a lot of people use merely water to wash their hair. it's good for ya, if you keep information technology upwardly. I don't think I can though.
I'm staying in..I just got off piece of work then I'm like zzzz soon. lol

It seems no thing how many conditioners/shampoos I effort, I always Ever get back to Dove. It just makes my pilus super soft, shiny, and silky. and Information technology doesn't counterbalance my pilus down.
I'thousand currently using a LUSH shampoo bar, and Pigeon conditioner. the results are quite astonishing. (compared to when I utilise tresemme when I'm at my dorm, my pilus is dry, gross and uncomb-able)

I utilize the shampoo and conditioner from Southward gene, (Tigi) I love the fragance, papaya, and its especially for colored hair. Every bit a hairtreatment I utilise the Strokes from Lush retro, love the fragance and it makes my hair shiny!

    Hugs from holland!

  • March seventh, 2009 at 12:47 am

I recall I'thousand pretty lucky pilus-wise. I usually use Elseve from L'Oréal for coloured pilus, both shampoo and conditioner (I think y'all telephone call information technology Vive or Vive Pro or sth in the USA) and information technology's been really good for my hair.
I'm currently using a cheap local Swedish shampoo though merely together with my regular conditioner and it'due south slap-up.

By the way, do you know Swedish make-up brand The Make Up Shop?

  • March seventh, 2009 at 2:28 am

I'k pretty much a Tigi/Redken user. I dearest Redken'south Colour Extend shampoo or Superstar and Self-Absorbed by Tigi. 😀 Most of the drugstore'due south shampoos get out my hair feeling greasy, but if I had to choose I'd become with Dove 🙂 Just because it has an amazing odor! Hehehe~

  • March 7th, 2009 at seven:31 am

I accept a very sensitive scalp and I can just use herbal essence or i get flaky scalp :(. But i do honey them. Recently i have started using the 2 in 1 hello hydration and they are fantastic. I don't fifty-fifty take to employ conditioner after that. Non even expensive shampoo & conditioner suits me 🙁

I like Loreal Everpure colour protecting shampoo and conditioner. I picked it upwards ane day considering of the pretty bottle and need something for color treated hair. I highly recommend information technology.

Concluding night I stayed in and watched garbage on goggle box! 🙂

  • March 7th, 2009 at 8:05 am

I am a shampoo/conditioner whore! I switch brands almost every fourth dimension I run out of whatever I am using. I accept institute myself going back to Rusk Bright shampoo and At-home conditioner many times over the last 15 years or so. I have fine hair that's colored then I need some gentle shampoo and not heavy conditioner. Funny story, I LOVE the olfactory property of Matrix Biolage shampoo/cond and so even though last time I used it, it was besides heavy for me, I wanted to try it again. So I got it and used it but the conditioner weighed my hair downward SO MUCH it might equally well have been lard! I gave information technology to my friend with thick pilus 🙂

Oh I accept to too say I LOVE Loreal Kerastase stuff also, but it's soooo expensive!

  • March 7th, 2009 at viii:39 am

I agree with Vampy Varnish, I change shampoos a lot! I accept been sticking with L'oreal Vive Pro Glossy Smooth for fine hair shamp/cond. I take very fine hair and I am obsessed with shiny hair! When I am out of this, the next fix I take up is Herbal Essences Long Term Relationship. I really desire to grow my pilus out long long long… I just don't want information technology to all expect dead, y'know? I've been trying to proceed up with getting trims every 6 weeks. My pilus is nearly two inches past my shoulders. I thought the long term human relationship would assistance out.
    Wish me luck! 🙂

i'chiliad with vampy and nessa-some other memember of the shampoo A-D-D club, ever switching. I did really like the Korres canteen I simply finished, and have been impressed with the new loreal everpure I just started. Other brands I fall back on are kiss my face and MOP. equally for conditoner, I like pureology's…and "?" still searching for good one-I have really fine, thin pilus but it tends to go dry ends. so I need something that doesn't counterbalance my hair down but has a lot of moisture.

  • March seventh, 2009 at nine:42 am

Right now I am using Kerastase which is amazing! Its ridiculously expensive but I don't become divide ends and it makes my hair feel like silk. I get dry out scalp in the winter so I've been using the Bain Gommage followed with Bain Vital for a lite conditioner. Because its so expensive I alternating with Aveda's Scalp Remedies Shampoo with Pureology conditioner. Come spring time I'll switch back to Bumble & Bumble'south Seaweed line (very mild!)

  • March 7th, 2009 at 10:43 am

I usually have severl bottles going at once but hither's my faves:
B&B Gentle. You posted that you love it too – I merely wish it wasn't so $.
TIGI Superstar Sulfate gratis. Very moisturizing.
Abba Molasses for clarifying when I accept product overload.

I employ Marc Anthony colour treated and Loreal Vive as alternates!

Have yous tried Samy Esencia line at Walgreen'due south? The Vanilla texturizing creme is fantastic! No silicones.

  • March 7th, 2009 at eleven:36 am

MY fav of all time is Nyle active deep moisturizing with aloe Vera extract..it is natural and organic VERY cheap….and i do not need conditioner even with OC's horrible water…my pilus is 3A-2a-b i can castor it and it goes wavy then straight, information technology is super piece of cake to direct…and hardly event accept frizzy look to information technology…i do yet put natural oils(oilive or coconut) in it every week and launder is only once max twice a week. After reading how the not then natural and toxin things in shampoos can get blot to ur encephalon and skin there is no way i am risking it 🙂 of course that is simply me and in general natural products works better with me 🙂

  • March 7th, 2009 at 12:15 pm

I beloved Bumble and Bumble Creme de Coco for the moisturizing powers, and Shiny solid from Lush (xanthous puck), which leaves a polished shine without buildup. For a less pricey, constructive and gentle clean, Head and Shoulders Sensitive Intendance with the blue swirls and Aloe Vera on the front.

  • March 7th, 2009 at 12:26 pm

I admire the Redken Color Extend collection. I have naturally ash blonde hair but for the past year and a half I've been concealment it to a rich auburn chocolate-brown. With this shampoo, the color never fades between touch-ups and stays as bright and vibrant every bit the kickoff day I color. The smell is a little strong for my taste but it does fade, so by the time I put on perfume it doesn't mingle with information technology.

I apply the deep conditioning cream chosen Rich Defender but I think Redken may take changed the name to Rich Recovery. It's really thick and creamy but it doesn't counterbalance my hair downward and it makes it so soft and silky afterward. I likewise use their Full Recharge spray (rinsing optional). I don't rinse it. I spritz a couple of sprays into my hand and work it into my hair before calculation hair product. I experience it adds an extra layer of protection. I have medium textured pilus and even after applying styling products, my hair never feels weighed downwards.

This summer I'm going to endeavour Color Extend Sunday, which has a flake of SPF in information technology and protection against chlorine. I'one thousand really excited nearly information technology. I also similar Tigi Bed Head Dumb Blonde shampoo and conditioner (it's non just for blondes!) in the summertime. It protects the color quite nicely and the exhilarant fruity scent is totally recharging on those icky hot summer days.

  • March seventh, 2009 at 12:57 pm

Correct now I'm using Aveda Pureology and I detest information technology. Information technology smells nice only leaves my hair feeling greasy and heavy. And it cost a lot! I'm going to go back to Herbal Essences Long Term Human relationship. It smells heavenly and leaves my naturally wavy, non dyed hair, moisturized and shiny!

    • March 7th, 2009 at 1:thirteen pm

      Hi Stef,

Herbal Essences smells then proficient! I used to use their stuff in the 90s when it first came out. I couldn't get enough of it!

  • March 7th, 2009 at ane:30 pm

I've started trying that new L'Oreal stuff- "EverPure." Information technology'south sulfate-free and 100% vegan, and fabricated for colored hair. So far I like it a lot! It'due south really gentle. My pilus is noticeably healthier afterwards using this stuff for awhile. And my color is actually lasting a fiddling longer-WHOA! lol.

  • March 7th, 2009 at 2:56 pm

Correct now I apply Ojon Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner. In tandem with their Restorative Hair Treatment it really helps my dry dry pilus. But I am not to a higher place using other brands. In that location'south ane from Dove that I've been longint to attempt.

Husband and I are going to catch Watchmen tonight and after that who knows lol, he's full of surprises.

  • March 7th, 2009 at 4:24 pm

My favorite shampoo to utilize is Pantene Blonde Expressions. I also employ Herbal Essences or Garnier Fructis Shampoo/Go out-in Condtioner.

  • March 7th, 2009 at 7:48 pm

    Hi Briana,

That's an interesting hair concoction. Does the blistering soda act like an exfoliant? And does the vinegar get out a smell? I am super curious to attempt this!

  • March 7th, 2009 at vii:48 pm

    How-do-you-do Caroline,

PM Shampoo One! That'due south an oldie merely goodie. How did your crude typhoon get? All washed?

  • March 7th, 2009 at 7:48 pm

    Howdy Citrine,

I loved the old schoolhouse Herbal Essense smell… I wish they'd bring information technology dorsum!

I've seen the Vitamin shampoo and conditioner set. I think I'k going to attempt information technology, as well. Permit me know what you lot think of it!

  • March 7th, 2009 at 7:48 pm

    Hi Anne Marie,

It's been a minute since I've used Infusium. I think really liking it, especially the smell.

Random fun fact about Adam Sandler: he loves Hawaii. When he visits he often hangs out at this bar/restaurant nearby my in-laws firm called Haleiwa Joe's. 🙂

    How'south your weekend been?

  • March 7th, 2009 at vii:49 pm

    Hi Lily,

I do that a few days a week. Or, I use a low-cal conditioner to "wash" my hair. It works wonders. I can't give up shampoo totally… otherwise my scalp gets stinky.

How was your Saturday? Did yous have to piece of work today?

  • March 7th, 2009 at 7:49 pm

    Hullo Wendy,

I've smelled that shampoo at the shop — YUM!

    Hugs dorsum from SF!

  • March 7th, 2009 at 7:50 pm

    Hi Karen B.,

I've never heard about The Make Up Store. Tell me about it!

  • March 7th, 2009 at 7:51 pm

    Hi Eru,

Redken makes great stuff. Have you ever tried their All Soft? It'due south amazing!

  • March 8th, 2009 at 3:58 am

I don't really know it either, it's a store originally from Sweden. The finnish girls told me it has good quality but I don't know. I feel like I'm in a tryinghoped-for-MAC store when I get in that location. I'll buy an e/s and blush and tell you lot virtually the quality. I also need castor cleaner so I might try that too.

  • March eighth, 2009 at 8:34 am

Giovanni Hair Care: smooth as silk deep moisturizing shampoo, I similar it bc its organic and they dont test on animals! (its so hard to find a expert relatively inexpensive shampoo and conditioner that doesnt..)

  • March eighth, 2009 at 1:21 pm

I similar to employ Burt'due south Bees shampoos they don't accept any sulfates so they don't strip out my colour and they're inexpensive!

  • March 8th, 2009 at 3:28 pm

I ADORE the Fredric Fekkai Glossing Drove. The Shampoo, Conditioner, Glossing Cream, and Glossing Spray all leave my hair shiny, glistening, and perfect without looking greasy. My color looks amazing; it actually brings out all the highlights my colorist puts in! My pilus is super moisturized and soft as well. Its like silk. I wash with the shampoo and conditioner, rub a dime sized amount of the cream through my damp hair, blow-dry out my pilus out, and spray with the glossing spray. Instantly stunning hair, no problem. It's kinda pricey, but soooo worth it. I also use other brands just none compare. Aveda stuff is pretty adept, simply Fekkai takes the cake. All there lines are great, only for my thin, low-cal blonde hair thats naturally pin straight, it works wonders.

  • March 9th, 2009 at 6:37 am

Hey Karen, distressing it took me and then long to get back lol.
Nope, you just smell the vinegar a niggling fleck when your hair is wet, afterwards information technology dries its simply super soft and shiny and just smells make clean. I'one thousand not sure if the baking soda works as an exfoliant or not, but I know it doesn't dry out my scalp like most regular shampoo does

Lately I've been in a rotation of Nexxus Therappe (and Humectress) and the blue herbal essences hydrating one. I have opposites attract but I left it in the other bathroom for the winter because it didn't feel like it was hydrating enough for me in winter – I'll be back to using it more than again soon…likewise as the Freeman Naturals ane as well.

  • March 17th, 2009 at 7:59 am

I like natural handmade shampoo bars. They moisturize my hair and don't go out rest similar a lot of the store bought stuff.
